I grew up in Scarborough and went through the public school system here. These schools gave me more than an education. They gave me community, teachers who believed in me, opportunities to grow, and a place to find my voice.
My path through Scarborough schools
Growing up in these schools was only the beginning.
For years, I've worked with young people across Toronto through tutoring, mentorship, financial literacy, recreation, arts and community programs. I've helped create spaces where young people can learn something practical, try something new, meet people and feel like they belong.
And the more I worked with young people and families, the more I started paying attention to the bigger picture: who makes the decisions, where the money goes, what actually reaches students, and whether families know what's happening at all.
That's what brought me here.

Why I'm running
The TDSB is one of the largest school boards in Canada. Big systems can move slowly, but the needs of students and families don't.
Parents shouldn't have to chase down answers about decisions affecting their kids. Students deserve an education that prepares them for life beyond the classroom. Educators deserve the resources and support to do their jobs well.
And Scarborough deserves representation that is present, accessible and accountable.
My background isn't in politics. It's in building things, solving problems and working in community.
I work in technology and product management, where my job is to understand what isn't working, bring people together and turn complicated problems into something that actually works. My background in finance taught me to ask where the money is going and whether we're getting results. And through years of community work, including delivering programs for young people and families at the Scarborough Museum, I've learned something just as important: listen to the people closest to the problem.
That's the perspective I'm bringing to the Board.
This is home.
Ward 11 brings together Scarborough Centre and Scarborough North. Different neighbourhoods, different schools and thousands of families, with one trustee representing them at the Board.
If I'm elected, I don't want you wondering who your trustee is or how to reach me.
I want you to know me.
I want to be someone you can call. Someone who listens. Someone you'll see in our schools and neighbourhoods. And someone who makes sure you know what's happening at the Board and why it matters here at home.
Because this isn't just the ward I'm running in.
It's the community that raised me.
