Ward 11 · Scarborough

MY Priorities

Four priorities. Focused on what matters most to students, families and schools. These are the main areas I will advocate for if elected.

01

Real-World Skills for Life After School

School should prepare students for more than the next test. I'll push for more practical learning opportunities across TDSB so students leave feeling ready for what comes next.

  • ★Financial literacy, budgeting and taxes taught in plain language
  • ★Career planning and pathways coaching starting earlier
  • ★Digital skills that match where the job market is heading
02

Accountability for Every Dollar

TDSB manages billions of dollars in public funding. Families deserve to know where that money is going and whether it's making a difference for students.

  • ★Clearer, more transparent financial reporting families can actually read
  • ★Question unnecessary spending and push value-for-money reviews
  • ★More resources to classrooms, educators, extracurriculars and student supports
03

Safe & Supportive Schools

Students learn best when they feel safe, supported and like they belong. I'll advocate for stronger mental health supports, safer and better-maintained schools, and programming that reflects the communities TDSB serves.

  • ★Stronger mental health supports in every school
  • ★Meaningful action against bullying, discrimination and barriers to success
  • ★Safer, better-maintained buildings and learning environments
04

A Stronger Voice for Our Community

A trustee should be accessible, visible and connected to the people they represent. You shouldn't have to go looking for your trustee — your trustee should be showing up for you.

  • ★Regular community town halls across the ward
  • ★Clear ways for students, parents and educators to share feedback
  • ★Keep Ward 11 informed about the decisions affecting our schools
